I go to Charleys because I love their strawberry lemonade and the young man who usually makes it for me I tip anywhere from 35 for just making it the way I like, however today I went in for my usual drink and the manager charged me way more than usual for extra syrup, which is great. I paid 8 and change wasnt to happy because it wasnt necessary. Usually I pay 1 for extra and am happy with service. Today it wasnt that great but I believe in second chances. Hopefully this review will make management change how they serve consistent customers who really like their food ”

My wife was standing with a handful of goods from another restaurant in the food court and the Manager at Charleys gave her bags and napkins to carry her stuff. The gesture made me give pause and look at the menu, which I ordered from. Delicious fries, I have to come back to try their steaks. Really nice staff and honestly I havent had such a positive experience at that food court in so long. Great to see new tenants with a great attitude and great food to match. ”
